Just after SOPA, was rejected, famed cyberlocker MU was taken down and in the days following similar sites like Filesonic shutdown their sharing service. Who's behind all this ? Well what comes to mind when you first think about it is the corporate scumbags sitting in their fancy mansions in Hollywood. Who most likely bribed legislators of the failing bill to go after a file-sharers after their "sanctuary" magically disappeared before them. The timing and overall ferocity of the whole operation and the following scare was just too good to be "coincidence." Not to mention that tons of legitmate material was taken from these sites. So what now are we going to lock down file sharing in fear that
the feds are gonna shut us down? Isn't this what SOPA was designed to achieve? Controlling the internet? Think of the restrictiveness of sharing material now. There's a reason why this failed in the eyes of the public its too controlling and it creates massive loopholes in which the consumer ALWAYS gets hurt. Meanwhile Apple and the many other in favor of the original idea of protecting their content should be very afraid. It's hacking season and the experienced masterminds are out for the government with their eyes on the the Fat Cats.
